American CryoStem Corporation (“CRYO” or the ”Company”), is a publicly held corporation formed on November 18, 2008. The Company has created and patented a commercial platform to collect, process and cryopreserve Adipose Tissue (fat) into the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) which contains Adipose Derived Stem Cells (ADSC) and other Regenerative Cells, (white blood cells, endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, pericytes, fibroblasts, and pre-adipocytes).

The Company will utilize this platform to expand and position itself both domestically and internationally in the Cellular Therapy and Regenerative Medicine industry. American CryoStem’s goal, is to allow healthy individuals to store their younger, healthier Adipose Derived Stem Cells (ADSC) and Regenerative Cells (ADRC), offering a unique form of “bio-insurance” for future use in cosmetic and therapeutic applications.
